As Waiter - Banquet, we rely on you to:

Support the daily banquet operation and works closely with events team

Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally

Ensure the smooth banquet operation and maintains high quality service standards

Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction

Create an exceptional experience for our guests

We are looking for someone who:

Has a passion for Food & Beverage and ability to handle Event operations

Enjoys delivering high quality guest service with a welcoming manner

Loves interacting with guests and customers

Communicates with fluency in English

Preferably has working experience in either a luxury restaurant or a 5hotel
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends

Is committed to serving food of the highest quality

Is willing to work shifts
