Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team at Leo and Loona Kids Park. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus, answer questions, and make menu recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and enter them into the system. Serve food and drinks in a timely and efficient manner. Monitor tables to ensure guests have a positive dining experience, including responding to additional requests and addressing any issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas. Process customer payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Perform opening and closing duties as required.
Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, positive attitude. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
