Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a warm and positive attitude
- Greet guests, take orders, and ensure smooth dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
- Handle guest inquiries efficiently and professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service
- Uphold brand standards and ensure every guest leaves with a smile
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Presentable, energetic, and team-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible with work schedules, including weekends and holidays
