Description

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

a. Perform at Company standards during your assigned duty.
b. Should have the basic experience in F & B Services.
c. Should be good in serving food, tea and coffee.
d. Reports immediately to Supervisor any misunderstanding, problem or accident with guest or staff.
e. Provide support to all officers and assist them in performance of their official duties.
f. Attending visitors, promptly providing water, tea, beverages and other needs.
g. Maintain cleanliness of workplace such as equipment and furniture, etc.
h. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
i. Serving our guest prompt without delay and at Company's service standards to ensure highest guest satisfaction
j. Ensure the tidy, clean workplace at all times.
k. Follow instruction of line Manager at all times.
l. Ensures that he/she is always well groomed.

EXPRERIENCE, EDUCATION and COMPETENCIES

m. Minimum Education: Any
n. Work experience required: basic experience requires at least 1 year

Competencies:
o. Some knowledge of the methods and practices of food service.
p. Some knowledge of health hazards in food service and precautionary measures.
q. Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions.
r. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and patrons of the food service unit.
s. Ability to work long hours while standing.
t. Ability to satisfactorily answer patrons' questions regarding food items or service.
