Job Description
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests courteously and present the fine dining menu in a professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff. Serve dishes and beverages with attention to presentation, timing, and service standards. Ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience by attending to their needs promptly and professionally. Provide detailed knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials. Suggest wine pairings or suitable beverages when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness, order, and organization of dining areas and service stations. Handle billing and payment transactions accurately. Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per restaurant policy. Support colleagues and assist in overall smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant service. Fluent in
Arabic and English
(verbal communication). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Well-groomed, polite, and confident with professional etiquette. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Note - Accommodation & Transportation provided by Company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1,600.00 per month
