Previous working experience in Kerala cuisine restaurants is must ( Kerala or any Kerala cuisine restaurant )
Experience in banquet operations and ambience is a plus
Education
: Minimum qualification of 12th Grade or Higher .
Experience with Kerala Cuisine
: Strong knowledge of Kerala-style dishes, and service.
Job Responsibilities
:
Provide excellent customer service to guests.
Take orders, serve food, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of the menu, including Kerala cuisine, and offer recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are correctly prepared and served.
Strong selling skills with the ability to promote and more menu items effectively .
Additional Skills
:
Good communication skills in Malayalam.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and a team player.
