Job Description
Customer Service
Greet customers politely and escort them to their tables. Present menus and explain daily specials or promotions. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and dietary options. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Order Handling
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff correctly. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Handle special requests or complaints with professionalism.
Table Management
Set up tables with clean linens, cutlery, glasses, and condiments. Clear used dishes, glasses, and utensils between courses. Reset tables quickly for the next guests.
Billing & Payments
Prepare and present bills to customers. Process payments (cash, card, or digital). Provide correct change and receipts.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
Follow food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Ensure utensils and serving equipment are sanitized.
Teamwork & Coordination
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Support fellow waiters during busy hours. Assist in opening and closing duties (stocking, cleaning, etc.).
Upselling & Promotion
Suggest additional menu items, desserts, or drinks to increase sales. Promote ongoing offers and restaurant specials.
Professionalism
Maintain a neat, presentable appearance. Communicate politely and effectively with guests. Handle difficult situations calmly and respectfully.

Pay: Up to AED1,600.00 per month
