We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress fluent in Arabic and English to join our dynamic team at a high-end lounge in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional table service, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders in Arabic & English.

- Serve meals and drinks promptly, following service standards.

- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.

- Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and efficiency.

- Maintain table cleanliness and assist in resetting for new guests.

- Process payments and ensure smooth billing procedures.

- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff for order accuracy.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Arabic and/or English(spoken and written).

- Good looking

- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant, cafe, or lounge.

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Well-groomed and professional appearance.

- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
