We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused
Waiter/Waitress
to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service standards, take accurate orders, and provide a pleasant dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff
Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Ensure tables are clean, set, and well-maintained at all times
Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor
Process bills and payments accurately
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
