Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Manage the seating of guests efficiently, taking into account table availability and reservations. Maintain a tidy and organized waiting area, ensuring guests are comfortable while waiting for their tables. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus. Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Communicate orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food to tables. Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Check back with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any additional needs. Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service to guests throughout their dining experience. Answer any questions guests may have about the menu, specials, or restaurant policies. Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management if necessary. Promote special menu items, promotions, or discounts to guests. Suggest additional items or upgrades to enhance the guest's dining experience. Encourage guests to participate in loyalty programs or sign up for newsletters. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately. Process payments using the POS system and provide guests with receipts. Calculate and return change to guests as necessary. Balance cash register at the end of each shift and reconcile sales transactions.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred. Fluency in Arabic is preferred for this position Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Knowledge of basic food and beverage service techniques is a plus.
