Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and a positive attitude Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a courteous manner Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Warm and positive-minded, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work full-time your shifts as required
