Waiter
Job Description
As a Waiter you are responsible to provide professional service to our guests, ensuring their visit will become a memorable dining experience whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the standard of performance manual of the Club.
Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet and personalized way
Consistently monitor quality of food & beverage being served
Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints / queries satisfactorily
Responsible for maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards in the Club and upkeep of all service equipment
Actively use up selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
Provide customers with menus.
Take customer orders and relay this to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Listen to any complaints that patrons have and address them appropriately.
Able to work day and night shifts
keep the side tables clean.
chairs and side tables dusting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
