Entry-Level to ExperiencedAs a Waiter/Waitress at Bolan Pass, you will be the face of our restaurant. You'll ensure guests feel welcome, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner Take food and beverage orders accurately Deliver orders promptly while ensuring quality and presentation Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized dining area Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations Handle payments accurately using POS system
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus (but not required - we're happy to train the right people!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
