Maintaining the condition of the dining room and managing guest
Communicate and work closely with kitchen/bar staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest complains in a professional and polite manner
Demonstrate a complete knowledge and understanding of the standards and sequence of service
Maintain Up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items and daily specials
Explain the menu items in terms of preparation, allergic ingredients, and presentation
Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service (mis-en-place & mis-en-scene)
Ensure minimum breakage and wastage to identify and notify Supervisor of all maintenance
Requirements, hazards in the workplace to comply with the mandatory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing, and employment
Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE ,SKILLS
Minimum 2 year in F&B or houspitality Industry
Proven knowledge of resturant operation
