Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Guest Service:

Greet, seat, and assist guests, ensuring a pleasant experience.

Order Management:

Take accurate orders (food/drinks), using POS or order slips, and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.

Menu Knowledge:

Answer questions, offer suggestions, and upsell items, understanding ingredients and specials.

Service Delivery:

Serve food and beverages promptly and presentably, ensuring correct order fulfillment.

Table Maintenance:

Set tables, clear dirty dishes, and keep the dining area clean and tidy.

Payment Processing:

Handle checks and collect payments efficiently.

Operational Duties:

Perform shift duties like rolling silverware, setting up stations, and pre-bussing tables.

Health & Safety:

Follow all health and hygiene regulations.

Common Requirements/Preferences:



Experience:

With or without experience is acceptable.

Location:

Abu Dhabi

Skills:

Knowledge of alcoholic beverages, barista skills might be a plus for some roles.

Visa:

We will process the visa.

Flexibility:

Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
