Responsibilities
Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Prepare and serve beverages (including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining area
Ensure tables are set, cleaned, and ready for guests
Handle payments and operate POS systems
Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and equipment
Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter or barman is preferred
Strong communication and customer?service skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Hard?working, punctual, and trustworthy
Good knowledge of beverages and basic bar techniques (training can be provided)
Ability to stand for long hours
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
