We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused
Waiter
to join our service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent dining service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized service area at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus in a professional manner
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen
Serve food and beverages promptly in line with company service standards
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest inquiries or concerns politely
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times
Assist with table setup and clearing before and after service
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar hospitality role is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Presentable appearance with a positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
