Job Description
The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, taking and serving food and beverage orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables. Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure that tables are properly set up and maintained throughout service. Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or requests. Clear and clean tables after guests finish dining. Assist with opening and closing duties (table setup, cleaning, restocking supplies). Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow. Handle customer payments and issue receipts accurately. Uphold company service standards and maintain a positive image of the restaurant.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an advantage. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities. Basic math and POS system skills. Neat, professional appearance and courteous demeanor

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
