Role Summary:
As a Waiter at Ice Cream & Juice Station, you will be the friendly face welcoming and serving customers in a vibrant and inviting environment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a delightful experience for guests by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service, while promoting our delicious range of ice creams and refreshing juices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Serve ice creams, juices, and other menu items with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu offerings.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
- Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
