Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The role is responsible for providing excellent dining service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and standards in the dining area.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information when asked about menu items. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently and courteously. Ensure tables are clean, properly set up, and ready for the next guests. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Process bills and handle payments accurately. Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and workstations at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Basic math and cash-handling skills. Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
