Key Responsibilities -

• Deliver meticulous table-service throughout meals and events, ensuring every guest receives timely, professional, and discreet attention.
• Coordinate table settings, place settings, and decor in line with established protocols and the principal's preferences.
• Support personalised menu delivery, collaborating closely with kitchen teams for a synchronised service flow.
• Manage the serving and presentation of food and beverages, maintaining a polished and attentive approach at all times.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs and special requirements with discretion, warmth, and professionalism.
• Assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of formal dinners and seasonal events.

Skills & Experience Needed

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality or fine-dining environments.
• Extensive service skills for both formal and informal dining; knowledge of international etiquette is highly advantageous.
• High attention to detail and pride in upholding immaculate cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Strong communication skills with a polite, approachable, and unobtrusive manner.
