We are looking for a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to serve by providing an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented, attentive, and passionate about food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues. Clear tables and clean dining areas after guests leave. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and work stations. Follow all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen and other staff for efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a waiter or waitress is preferred. Basic math and cash handling skills. Good physical condition and stamina. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
