Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in hospitality background as a waiter
Alcohol Beverage knowledge is a must
Deliver services of exceptional quality that increase customer satisfaction
Knowledge of food and alcoholic beverages
Taking guest order correctly and ensuring food is delivered on time
Taking customer feed back on F&B
clearing tables and surrounding areas of service
Always follow the service standards and procedures on how to serve beverages and food.
Organize given sections and maintain dirt-free and tidy
Maintain pleasant interaction with guests at all times
Follow directions from the superiors in order to ensure exceptional guest service
Constructively cooperate with other serving specialists and the kitchen department to reassure quality of services
Preserve the workstation organized and stocked in order to better accommodate the needs of the Waiter/Waitress and of our guests
Thorough inspection of products concerning quality and taking corrective steps when needed to avoid customer dissatisfaction
Checking whether guests meet age requirements for purchase and consumption of alcohol
Constantly remain guest focused and promote exceptional guest experience
Always follow strict hygiene procedures along with the Food &Beverage regulations
Assists in additional duties as requested by the management.
