Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests, present menus, and provide detailed information when asked Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Serve orders timely and check on customers' satisfaction Clear tables, reset them for new guests, and maintain a clean dining area Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally Process payments (cash, credit cards, etc.) Work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order delivery
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service (preferred) Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for handling payments Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
