Guest Greeting & Seating
: Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and escort them to tables.Order Taking
: Accurately take food and beverage orders, inform about specials, and make recommendations.Service Delivery
: Promptly deliver orders, ensure correct presentation, and refill drinks.Customer Satisfaction
: Check in with guests, address concerns, and resolve complaints.Payment Processing
: Present checks, process payments (cash/card), and handle transactions.Cleanliness & Setup
: Set and reset tables, maintain dining/service areas, and clean utensils/glassware.Kitchen/Bar Coordination
: Communicate orders and special requests clearly to kitchen and bar staff.Upselling
