Job Description

Guildhall is supporting a fast-growing technology company specializing in cybersecurity solutions, that are hiring for a Vulnerability Manager to lead its vulnerability management team. This role will oversee the identification, assessment, and remediation of security risks across applications, systems, networks, cloud, and containers. Based in Dubai, with occasional travel to Europe, this is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of security, DevOps, and IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular vulnerability scans and manage remediation using tools such as Qualys, Nessus, or Tenable.

• Prioritize vulnerabilities by risk, business impact, and exploitability; coordinate remediation with IT, DevOps, and development teams.

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments; advise on container security (Docker/Kubernetes) and automation.

• Maintain policies and standards aligned with ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS; report KPIs and trends to leadership.

• Support incident investigations and implement lessons learned.

• Mentor teams and act as the subject matter expert in vulnerability management.

Candidate Profile:

• 7+ years in Information Security with experience in vulnerability management, security engineering, or Development, Security & Operations.

• Hands-on with vulnerability tools, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), container security, and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Relevant certifications (OSCP, GIAC, AWS/Azure Security, AZ-400) are a plus.

• Strong communicator with project management skills, able to work collaboratively in a diverse environment.
