Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties:
Job Summary
- Knowledge in VTS software, RADAR, AIS, VHF, CCTV , meteorological sensors and other marine navigation and communication systems.
- Have IT background for support, installation and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Daily support for VTS software and associated hardware.
- Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly preventive checks for the entire VTS system for performance assurance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and equipment and supervise contract-based installations.
- Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex VTS system (Software, AIS, RADAR, VHF, CCTV and meteorological sensors.)
- Document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal.
- Keep up-to-date documentation.
- Mission Description: Administration/Maintenance/third level support/design of Infrastructure.
- Following up with contractors for technical support, ongoing projects and issues.
- Providing SOW and presentation for future projects.
- Troubleshooting software and hardware for servers and operators.
