Support the analytics & insights deliverables of the GCEO Office as required. Provide value added analysis to support and influence management decision-making through key business insights by analysing business performance / forecasts, insights, proposals, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheet reconciliation, substantiation, explanation and MI reporting
This role must have a clear understanding of FAB\'s overall involvement in Global Markets and have the ability to coordinate with all key stakeholders across Group Finance and the Business while leveraging existing system/s to aggregate and leverage required data in a meaningful manner so as to provide all of the above required analytics.

Provide value added analysis to support and influence management decision-making through key business insights
Monthly insights on key business performance through EXCO presentations
Support the preparation of analytical reports and presentations for Board of Directors and other senior management meetings by ensuring they are insightful and key strategic themes get highlighted
Provide on a regular basis a business forecast to enable the effective management of the monthly/quarterly results
Provide detailed analytical review of forward looking outlook, business proposals etc
Ad-hoc analysis based on internal or external data sources that delivers relevant strategic or financial insight for the bank
Ad-hoc insights around specific theme based topics to provide stakeholders with key value added insights
Support Inorganic growth and related analysis as required - specific or general industry analysis
To provide a top down strategic guidance for the annual budgeting process highlighting key growth areas including business insights
Comprehensive P&L analysis including detailed analysis and interpretation of periodic results, variances, risk positions, realised and unrealised P&L components, revaluation curve movements with P&L attribution, new deals, cancelled and amended trades and price / rate validation
Balance Sheet reconciliation, substantiation and reporting
Stakeholder Collaboration
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and business teams to leverage for relevant information enabling value added analysis
Partner with other teams across the Bank to identify opportunities for the Bank and highlight these in appropriate forums, e.g. Business Reviews

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Minimum requirement of Bachelors degree.
Desirable: - Chartered Accountant/ Masters in Business Administration (MBA) / Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or any other relevant finance degree or diploma.
Minimum Experience
10 years\' relevant experience in the banking sector in similar positions.
