Job Description
One of the leading banks in the Middle East is looking for a senior leader in their Assisted Banking and Channels in the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business segment. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering digital products backlog in-line with the Retail Banking strategy.
- Align the current setup and priorities of the Agile teams with business strategy and manage the relation of the Agile Squads with their Tribe Leads and Product owners.
- Be a thought leader and subject matter expert on delivery using Agile and will constantly look to improve the delivery process whilst ensuring the business needs are met.
- Liaise directly with business and product owners to ensure their requirements are satisfied and shall act as the first point of escalation for any technology issue.
- Become the go to consultant for hiring the right people, coaching the team and optimizing processes
