Key responsibilities will include:
\\[ Lead and foster the implementation of group level culture initiatives while working in collaboration with leaders and executives across the group \\[ Lead and manage the internal engagement/GPTW implementation, along with action planning and providing insights \\[ Lead and manage new employees\' induction programs educating on company\'s policies, processes and practices \\[ Ensure that the department and the organisation succeed in meeting all equity goals by conducting periodic organisational cultural assessments \\[ Monitor the conduction of periodic organisational cultural assessments using various tools and pulse checks \\[ Establish reporting from across the different line of business to periodically monitor pulse check engagement levels \\[ Establish the Culture Engagement policies and practices \\[ Ensure that all policies reflect a commitment to diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging while maintaining a competitive advantage compared to competitors by integrating a value framework embedded in the organisations processes \\[ Work with business entities to identify engagement initiatives that would enhance the work environment \\[ Prepare and conduct periodic reports on culture initiatives monitor culture KPIs \\[ Ensure a competitive advantage compared to competitors and other organisations by instilling a value framework embedded in company processes
Profile
Key prerequisites will include: Min of 10+ years of experience in HR/ culture within a leading regional organisation accredited with \'Great Place to Work\'Min of 2 years in managerial positionExperience in Culture initiatives and programsExcellent knowledge in cultural assessmentsBachelor\'s degree in business administration or equivalent is required
