POSITION
The ME Visual Merchandising Managerwill report directly to the EMEA Visual Manager. It`s in charge of the Display execution to ensurestheimage consistency of the House within retail stores and he/she is in charge of the realization of Special Project lunches with local/HQ Suppliers. As ME VM Manager, he/she will be also responsible of local developments for all VM Design projects, from supplier & budget management till installation on site

Main Responsibilities
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Define the VM operational calendar for each store: changes of window (product and window hardware) , implementation of collections, support on In-Store Events
- Manage by remote/ real visits the implementation of seasonal VM lunches in all stores in Middle East to ensure that collections are displayed as Guidelines.
- Working on VM proposals with HQ team to adapt global VM guidelines to local business/commercial vision
- Work closely with the local merchandising teams to supervise the VM layouts in the stores and offer displays in line with the assortments/stocks available/retail strategy
- You Work with retail managers, store managers to understand commercial and customer needs, and to adapt VM proposals in stores and provide training for retail community in the ME zone
- Participate in the ME meetings for the monthly-seasonal action plans
- Ensure the VM activity in your region (Rotations, pop-ups, product launches, windows in term of Logistic, calendar and product set-up)
- Ensure the distribution and operational implementation of VM elements (displays, prices, windows, displays, etc.) in conjunction with Operation VM, store managers and the HQ
- Organize openings of points of sales from a VM prospective (VM Tools buying with the EMEA Manager) and liaise talkwith Architecture, Merchandising, Retail teams.
- Execute the Special Project designed from HQ with the various suppliers for POP-UP, Windows, Retail events.
- You are in charge of the orders relating to VM activity (Guidelines, VM Tools, videos, lightboxes),
- Ensure photo report sharing after each VM rotation and after each opening with HQ
- Management of Budget: Travel, Opening, Special Project, Retail need
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Requirements:
- Fluent English (both spoken and written), French and other languages are a bonus
- Minimum of 5+ years experience in Visual Merchandising in Luxury industry is preferred
- Excellent project management, with great time control skills and an ability to handle multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
- Acutely attentive to detail
- Collaborative and a team player with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complexity
- Determined, perseverant and focused on the goal or objective
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
