Visual Merchandiser (x Beauty)
Job Description
We are looking for an In-Store Visual Merchandiser who is responsible for organizing and deploying high quality visual merchandising across the market with an eye keen for details and precisely proper. In-Store VM is also responsible for guiding the in-store teams, as well as ensuring the consistency of standards.
Implement high quality in-store VM presentations through seasonal event calendar and brand guidelines
Follow and implement brand seasonal VM guidelines
Stay up to date with all snags and fixes needed and liaise closely with maintenance teams to ensure resolution
Review the merchandising plan linked to launches
Prepare and/or adapt the window displays
Communicate the merchandising guidelines to the store staff and follow-up on installation
Ensure merchandising levels in the store are met as per the Brand's guidelines
Ensure maximum shelf visibility
Define the proper shelf merchandising of the products
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in designing or a related field. 1-3 years of proven work experience as a visual merchandiser preferably in
beauty or fashion
retail. Proficiency in English, basic understanding of layout and styling principles. Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
