Job Description
Our international businesses are young and hustling, growing at warp speed to cater to larger shares of their respective markets. At present, we have a distribution presence of more than 40 retail stores across Singapore and UAE, and active expansion plans across Asia and the Middle east regions.
Responsibilities:

Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for each store.
- Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store\xe2\x80\x99s brand, products and target products.
- Generating creatives of visual displays that meet the store\xe2\x80\x99s visual design
- Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
- Planning and strategizing the requirements for props, creative materials, and
- Ensuring all plans finalized are rolled out timely.
- Planning and strategizing the changes required for displays to promote new product
- Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations in Middle East,
- Liaising with other retail professionals, including buyers, marketing executives, and
- Monitoring costs and working within budget.
- Involve in Pre-Opening of the stores and timely visit to ensure that brand\xe2\x80\x99s standard
- Collect review and feedback of the merchandise
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design,
- Proven work experience as a visual merchandiser or visual manager.
- Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
- Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator,
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
