About the Role:
The candidate is responsible for managing the Visual Merchandising of the store to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets.

About the Role:
The candidate is responsible for managing the Visual Merchandising of the store to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets.

- Visual Displays: Plan, design, and set up visual displays in store windows and on the shop floor. Use creative skills to design engaging and interactive displays. Ensure displays are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Product Placement: Position merchandise in a way that maximizes exposure and sales. Rotate products to keep displays fresh and enticing.
- Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of junior visual merchandisers or assistants, if applicable. Foster a collaborative environment and promote teamwork among staff. Collaborate closely with store managers and other staff to coordinate visual merchandising efforts
- Provide training and guidance on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
- Address any interpersonal or performance issues within the team promptly and professionally.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising in Furniture Industry
- Has UAE Driving License
