This role involves executing seasonal floor plans, managing store aesthetics, and ensuring an appealing visual presentation of furniture and home dxc3xa9cor products. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, knowledge of consumer trends, and the ability to coordinate with various teams to implement merchandising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute creative window displays, product placements, props, and floor designs to engage customers.
- Implement seasonal floor plans, new product launches, and store layout changes.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to manage production and installation timelines.
- Maintain brand standards while ensuring cost-effective visual merchandising strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in visual merchandising and consumer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and store teams to enhance visual appeal.
- Implement store signage programs according to commercial guidelines.
Requirements
- High school certificate or diploma in a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or fine arts.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
