Position Overview
The Visual Merchandiser plays a key role in delivering a consistent, high-impact in-store experience by ensuring all visual merchandising, graphic, and promotional elements align with brand guidelines and commercial objectives. This role focuses on timely execution of themes, strong visual storytelling, and maintaining presentation standards that enhance customer engagement and sales performance across retail environments in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Install all graphic and promotional POS materials on time in line with brand and company guidelines
• Re-merchandise key store areas during seasonal launches, campaigns, and new theme implementations
• Coordinate floor plans, display updates, and theme changes to maximize visual impact and commercial performance
• Ensure all visual merchandising standards are maintained consistently across the store
• Communicate effectively with store managers and relevant teams to align execution with business priorities
• Provide photographic documentation and reports of visual merchandising activities and promotions
• Support the integration of commercial priorities into visual presentations
• Maintain store presentation at a high standard through regular checks and adjustments

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, store layouts, and customer flow
• Creative mindset with a strong commercial and sales-driven focus
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple priorities
