We are seeking a Visual Designer with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate complex ideas effectively. Will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to develop creative concepts and solutions for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-quality designs that meet business objectives and drive user engagement.

What can you expect in the role?

Work in a team with Product Owners, Requirement Managers, Developers and QA to define requirements and design solutions, depending on the project.

Design innovative and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile solutions, providing design deliverables such as creating mockups, design systems or style guides, and innovative solutions to existing problems. Also should be able to use the latest design and prototyping tools as per project requirements.

Convert wireframes to impactful designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.

Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

Should be able to prioritize tasks and multi-task.

Setting up visual language and creating visual strategies for products and services

Seeing through the pixel-perfect development of your vision to ensure quality delivery.

What skills we expect from you?

2 to 6 years of UI Design, Visual design experience and work that demonstrates expertise in this niche.

Basic knowledge and understanding about UX processes and practices.

Bachelor or master Degree in UX design / Graphics Design or related field, or equivalent experience.

Must have designed digital experiences and products, including web, mobile and desktop applications.

Demonstrated expertise of using Design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma, or other design tools.

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, to articulate complex or technical issues.

Good Organizational and analytical, presentation and client management skills

Experience working in Agile methodology and tools.

Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Excellent design skills, clear understanding of typography, layout, color theory, iconography & visual aesthetics.

Ability to quickly grasp highly complex concepts into visuals that can be understood by others at a glance.

Excellent time management and the ability to work in a dynamic culture. Should be highly proactive and purpose driven.

A strong Portfolio of previous work must be presented incorporating UI designs and/or sketches that demonstrate an understanding of wireframing, interaction design, visual design strategy and design process.
