. The ideal candidate should have experience working with government systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and government authorities to complete required government transactions.(GDRFA, ICP , Tasheel, Mohre, etc)
Handle Labour and Immigration paperwork and processes (preferred experience).
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers through phone, email, and other channels.
Understand customer issues, acknowledge them, and help resolve complaints.
Gain strong knowledge of our services so you can answer customer questions clearly.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Work with team members and coordinate when needed.
Ensure customers are satisfied and receive high-quality support.
Ideal Candidate:
Has experience with government transactions (Labour, Immigration, and similar processes).
Good communication and customer service skills.
Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks.
Able to work professionally with both clients and government departments.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
