Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Ensure that all visa applications and document attestation services are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Stay current with visa and attestation requirements and regulations, and ensure the agency\'s operations remain in full compliance.
- Oversee the verification and authentication of documents, including educational certificates, legal documents, and other paperwork required
- Maintain accurate records of all client applications, ensuring data is up-to-date and accessible for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Visa /Immigration: 1 year (Preferred)
- Italian (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
