Visa Assistant will play an active role at the Visa Help Desk offering assistance and guidance to the customers in obtaining different categories of visas from various countries (world-wide).
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and responding to the flow of inquiries for visas.
Develop comprehensive data-base of the countries globally, their respective diplomatic missions and prevailing practices of obtaining visa from UAE or the nearest diplomatic mission.
Telephone and email communications with the customers, diplomatic missions and or outsourcing companies.
Filling of visa application forms, and attaching the requested documents, completing the entire process as per the given guidelines by the respective diplomatic mission.
Communicating clearly the role of visa help desk which is confined to guidance only.
Attend, accompany and or visit along with the customer the sites or places if the situation demands.
Switch selling of other products and services to the customers.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the company.

Qualification:
Graduate in any faculty.
Experience
: 3-5 Year Experience of Travel/ Tourism/ Leisure/ Hospitality Industry.
Languages:
Fluency in English, Arabic and other linguistic skills will be an advantage.
