Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
Understand client needs and offer appropriate business setup and banking solutions
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pipeline opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals or referrals
Achieve monthly targets related to client engagement, conversions, and service upselling
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in customer service and/or telesales (preferably in UAE or business consultancy sector)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working on site and handling clients via digital platforms
Basic understanding of UAE business setup and banking processes is a plus
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
