Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 400-500 primarily non-borrowing clients under the Virtual Relationship Unit
• Achieve portfolio growth, revenue targets, product penetration, and client activation KPIs
• Reactivate dormant or inactive customers and onboard new clients through referrals
• Cross-sell FAB banking products including accounts, trade, lending, FX, and bancassurance
• Act as the primary remote point of contact for clients, delivering proactive advisory and support
• Maintain accurate CRM and customer engagement records to ensure personalized service
• Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and regulatory obligations
• Coordinate with risk and compliance teams on enhanced due diligence and transaction reviews
• Provide input on process improvements and contribute to service excellence and NPS growth
• Regularly update KYC profiles and remediate expired cases in line with bank standards
• Participate in FAB's training and development programs to continuously improve service delivery

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Banking preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in Corporate, Commercial, or Business Banking
• Proven ability to manage client relationships remotely across a large portfolio
• Strong understanding of banking products and commercial customer needs
• Excellent communication, advisory, and service orientation
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, risk controls, and governance frameworks
• Proficient in maintaining customer lifecycle and activity tracking through CRM systems
