We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative tasks, communication, and real estate support functions. This is a part-time remote role perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and can multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, inquiries, and client follow-ups
Schedule property viewings, meetings, and calls
Create and post property listings on websites and social media
Update and maintain CRM systems and databases
Prepare basic reports, contracts, and documentation
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, and real estate agents
Conduct online research on properties, neighborhoods, or market trends
Provide general administrative support to the real estate team
Requirements:
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in real estate is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Tech-savvy: Familiar with Google Workspace, CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho), MLS listings, and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Available for communication during key hours based on client's time zone
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 12 per week
