VIP Waitress | Dubai | Entertainment VenueWe are currently seeking experienced and dynamic VIP WAITRESS to join the hospitality team at this super busy Entertainment Venue.As a VIP Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to the clientele, ensuring that their every need is met with professionalism and attention to detail. From greeting guests upon arrival to taking orders, serving drinks and food, and anticipating their preferences, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner, maintaining a professional and polished appearance at all times.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, following established service standards and protocols.
• Anticipate guests\xe2\x80\x99 needs and preferences, proactively offering assistance and recommendations as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the VIP area, including tables, seating areas, and service stations.
• Handle payment transactions accurately and securely, processing payments and providing change as required.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and seamless service delivery throughout the event.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a VIP Waitress or in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or luxury event venue.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact confidently and courteously with VIP clientele.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Impeccable grooming and presentation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Start date: AUGUST 2024, interviews to commence in June.Benefits:
