Are you an enthusiastic, customer service focused person who loves going above and beyond the needs of a guest? Then the position as a Hostess is waiting for you! As a Hostess you will be responsible for delivering five star customer service to guests, meeting them and greeting them with a smile and creating an amazing experience and everlasting memories during their dining experience! You will be working 5/6 days per week over 48 hours \xe2\x80\x93 Welcoming and greeting guests, assisting guests in seating and ensuring tables are allocated accordingly. You will also be making guest reservations and advising about promotions and events taking place in the restaurant and hotel. You will have the opportunity to cross train in the different food and beverage outlets across the Hotel in order to increase both your product knowledge and level of expertise as a hospitality professional.
