Atlantis The Palm is seeking a polished and guest-focused VIP Hostess to join the front-of-house team at FZN by Bjorn Frantzen. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who excel at first impressions, guest engagement, and delivering refined dining experiences within a Michelin-level restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome VIP guests and create a warm, professional first impression
Manage guest arrivals, wait times, seating plans, and table allocations
Maintain and monitor the waiting list during peak service periods
Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth handover to service teams
Engage guests with confident, natural conversation to enhance their dining experience
Coordinate closely with restaurant management and service teams
Handle guest flow efficiently in a fast-paced fine dining environment
Support service excellence through attention to detail and proactive communication
Attend internal and external training to continuously enhance service and F and B knowledge
Ideal Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant
International exposure in fine dining or Michelin-star environments preferred
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Professional grooming, confident presence, and customer-focused mindset
Ability to remain composed and efficient during high-volume service periods
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude
