We are currently seeking an experienced and professional VIP Head Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in fine dining and VIP service. As the VIP Head Waitress, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our most discerning guests. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the VIP dining experience from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with the restaurant manager and executive chef to ensure seamless execution of VIP reservations and special requests.
- Supervise and mentor the waitstaff, providing guidance on service standards, etiquette, and VIP protocols.
- Train new staff members on VIP service procedures and ensure adherence to established standards.
- Anticipate and fulfill guests\' needs, preferences, and special requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Ensure the proper setup and presentation of VIP tables, including tableware, linens, and decorations, to create an elegant and inviting atmosphere.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously, striving to resolve issues to the guests\' satisfaction.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the VIP dining area, including coordinating with housekeeping staff as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and guest service at all times.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on fine dining and VIP service.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional service to VIP guests in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with VIP guests with grace and professionalism.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English is required
