VIP Client Concierge

to deliver personalized, seamless service at every step of the customer journey.

Role Overview

As a

VIP Client Concierge

, you will act as the first point of contact for our premium customers, ensuring a smooth, luxurious, and coordinated experience from arrival to destination. The ideal candidate brings aviation or transportation industry experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel logistics for VIP clients--including airport transfers, chauffeur bookings, and special requests. Liaise with airline representatives, private jet operators, and hotel concierge teams for seamless client handling. Greet and escort high-value clients at airports, hotels, and VIP terminals. Provide real-time updates to operations and chauffeur teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery. Handle confidential client information with discretion and professionalism. Resolve service issues with urgency, tact, and ownership, maintaining service recovery excellence. Support executive and diplomatic protocol for VVIP delegations, events, and high-security transfers. Maintain accurate client preferences and service logs for future personalization.

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a VIP concierge, airline ground services, airport operations, or luxury transportation role. Prior experience in aviation (airline, FBO, or private aviation) or 5-star hospitality is essential. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages (e.g., Russian, French, Mandarin) is an advantage. Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and airport shifts. UAE driving license is a plus.
