We are hiring an

In-Villa Hostess

to provide exceptional, personalized guest service within our luxury villas. The ideal candidate will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay by anticipating their needs, coordinating villa services, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. The In-Villa Hostess will serve as the main point of contact for guests, offering warm, professional, and discreet service throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Deliver personalized and attentive service, ensuring guests feel valued and comfortable. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and culinary teams to ensure the villa is perfectly prepared at all times. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and arrangements efficiently and with care. Monitor and maintain villa cleanliness, amenities, and presentation. Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns to ensure complete satisfaction. Provide information about villa facilities, resort activities, and local experiences. Uphold guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for future reference.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in guest relations, butler service, or front office roles within a luxury hotel, resort, or villa setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).

In-Villa Hostess in luxury 5star hotels: 2 years (Required)
Language:

Swahili and English (Required)
