Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all villa construction activities according to approved plans and UAE authority regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure project progress and quality. Conduct site inspections and ensure work complies with specifications, QHSE standards, and local codes. Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and ensure proper implementation. Prepare and submit inspection requests, drawings, and technical documents for approval by UAE authorities. Ensure timely approvals and permits from municipalities and authorities including

Abu Dhabi Municipality

, and others. Maintain all project documentation including method statements, ITPs, material approvals, and compliance certificates. Lead the labor and subcontractor teams on-site to maintain productivity and discipline. Identify site issues and propose solutions promptly to avoid delays. Oversee snagging and final handover procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 4 years' experience in villa/residential construction projects in the UAE. Must have valid

G+ approval

for villa construction projects. Must hold

valid membership with the UAE Society of Engineers (SOE)

. Comprehensive knowledge of UAE building codes, municipal regulations, and local authority procedures. Familiar with submission portals and approval processes for
